Screamer, the reboot of the 1995 racing game, will be dropping soon on consoles and PC. Honestly, it is a long time coming, and the devs. Now, before we get into the latest video which the animation of the characters is on point. It would have been equally amazing if they had the cars in the same style animated style, it would have been better, but oh well.
Screamer has an Animated Story!

This right here is what makes video games on point. Screamer having a full animated career mode was not on the bucket list. It looks like the same animation that was done for Dispatch. Being that it is a Cyberpunk theme, you will race through futuristic cities, but players will have to pick a team they want to represent. Switching between full animation too novel style story with full voice acting. Gamers will get a connection to the characters and their cause. Then it jumps right into the racing, and it is looking smooth like a streamline butterfly baby!

Objectives and Challenges:
There will be objectives to complete as the player gets a feel for their cars. Every race will be a high-octane fight as some will seek revenge, while others are looking for glory. The sound design and mechanics go hand in hand with a good racing game. Screamer is not holding back, even with the music, as some would hope that there is an original soundtrack that is streamer safe. This is giving more of a drift style racing as an arcade game, which is perfect for many. Some gamers prefer the fantasy element in video games more than the realism. With that new “echo” system implanted into cars that explodes, bringing back both car and driver is nuts. In this day and age, a demo would be nice.

Final Lap:

The video below of Screamer will give you more than what can be expressed here. Looking forward to the official release date on March 26th, which is just in time for Spring. Stay tuned for more details on the Born with a Controller site. – Beast Out –
