Yo, the Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls X-Men reveal was Astonishing! Many already expected Wolverine to make a return, but having Magik and Danger joint he roster is a nice move. The symmetry between all the character, being that this is a 4v4 style game, is going to work well. Playing the closed beta last year was delightful and brought in a level of challenge that Arc System is known for.

Personal Take:
After playing the closed beta, Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls felt solid and had a nice lobby turnout. When it comes to fighters, the biggest gripe is that devs have a chance to bring in many other characters. Meaning, Dark Hawk, Agent Venom, Mr. Sinister, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler, Toad, Daredevil, and the list can go on. Hopefully, later down the line, there will be DLC options of either newer characters or returning old ones like Colossus, Juggernaut, and Spiral.
So many possibilities, but I digress. Get ready for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, which will be dropping August 6th, 2026, for PC and PS5. – Beast Out –
