Anyone feel like the world of Zombies and Demons in Capcom would be fire if they all connected officially? Now, I know Devil May Cry and Resident Evil are in the same space, as indicated in so many ways, especially in the DMC series’ references to Raccoon City. What if Onimusha were the prequel to all the events? They fought demons and undead things during that era, so why not find infected DNA by Umbrella centuries later to make the T-Virus and so many other things? I digress. Onimusha: Way of the Samurai is dropping soon, and Capcom has an extended Demo for gamers before the release. You know, just in case you are still unsure about picking the new title in demon slaying.
An Extended Demo to Entice Your Choice:
This latest footage will give gamers a look into what awaits you in these challenges. Let’s keep it a hundred percent here: if you are a Capcom veteran in the Onimusha or DMC series. There is an expectation that the Bosses will be top tier and the challenges will be juicy. I mean, look at the character designs of the monsters and bosses; they will be fun to break.

The action includes the reveal of Ifuu and Burai, an electrifying duo that conjures wind and thunder, plus a sneak peek at protagonist Miyamoto Musashi in his duel with Dokyo, and the first glimpse of gameplay showing our hero in his fully awakened Oni form.

Born With a Controller Personal Thought:
The anticipation is strong, especially since we have a few remastered that came out which showed Capcom the fandom is still strong. I do like that Onimusha: Way of the Samurai has a bit more character with Musashi Miyamoto. This is my jam throwing in a serious situation but the main protagonist got jokes. Reminds me of 80s action movies like Tango and Cash or Barry Gordy’s Last Dragon. Throwing in a bit of humor is a good selling point for me.
