D23 showcased a new trailer and world for Kingdom Hearts IV and it seems Sora is going through it yet again. This is a short teaser that gave fans a nice look at what is happening next in the fourth installment. We see a return of Hades and Mickey is investigating what is going on with Sora in order to save his life. Being that they start the 90 second trailer off with the famed movie Coco is already going to cause tears. It is a great story and the combat will be unique as well as the glimpse of the key blade from Coco. The world of Coco is going to be glorious and colorful to explore indeed, but there is more happening with Kingdom Hearts.
When Worlds Collide:
The best part was not just seeing a new world, but the fact that we are seeing more of the real world which again will explain why Sora has NORMAL FEET. Its always annoying hearing some people complain about that simple change in the art style. The heartless are invading the city and that is going to be some fun exploration. The first teaser gave us that same glimpse and we know Heartless fights can be on some Kaiju level scale at times. But, the biggest question now is what other worlds will we visit? I have some request and please do not take my suggestions to seriously.

This new trailer revealed a plethora of new information about KINGDOM HEARTS IV, including the return of familiar faces like Sora’s friends Donald Duck and Goofy. Fans will be able to play as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy as they seek to uncover information about Sora’s whereabouts.“
We know that Disney acquired many franchises both Marvel and Fox rights galore, so yes some of this list is serious while others comedic.
- The Predator: HERE ME OUT! The predator universe would be interesting either he teams up with any of the protagonist from the franchise and his keyblade would be fire. They could take a different take on this by having Sora team up with a Predator stop the xenomorph heartless horde. Just saying.
- Marvel: I mean, do I really need to explain further, he can have a Captain America keyblade or it could be in the Spider-Man universe where he gets a symbiote.
- Twisted Wonderland: Yes that Disney Anime featuring many cast that were made based on Disney villains. The art style of that world which is also a mobile game would be glorious. Just saying.
- Moana: That is a definite that might be in the Kingdom Hearts IV game and we can expect that keyblade would be Maui’s hook.

Animated series Announcement:
Creator Tetsuya Nomura and the creative team at SQUARE ENIX are involved in the series and this will be a reimagining of the video game series. This new anime series will be coming to Disney Plus and the Disney Channel which celebrates the characters within the world fans cherished. However, stay tuned for release date information on that, but expect Kingdom Hearts IV to release in late 2027. Seems like it will be a holiday release and will drop on all consoles and PC. – Beast Out –
