Yup, PlayStation has had enough of sharing its IPs with PC and plans to go back to Exclusive content. What’s up gamers, welcome back, and in today’s news. PlayStation doesn’t want to share anymore, and who is surprised by this? From the creator DeezGames sharing a Twitter post of a “gamer” praising modders for “fixing” Grace’s look by “enhancing” her bust. You notice that this gamer does not use quotation marks.

Is this the reason for PlayStation wanting to go exclusive? It could be one of them. Let’s go through the wires.
It’s about both WHY and HOW COME?
Who to believe? Well, this started with journalist Jason Schreier, and Digital Foundry’s John Linneman brought it to light for gamers. This doesn’t mean that PlayStation is fully giving up on the PC market. The latest Wolverine game will be the first to stay exclusive to PlayStation consoles. Now, Sony may have some concerns with Xbox making a console hybrid that will have access to playing Steam games. That will open up the Xbox to be able to get PlayStation titles on their system round about means.
Bloomberg reports,
“It’s not speculation, but sometimes topics come up on the show before I’m quite ready to publish a story about them. More to come soon, I’m sure.”
Born with a Controller’s Takeaway:
There is a saying, “Give them enough rope, and they will hang themselves.” How does this quote apply to the topic? Sony seems to sit and wait and see what the industry does when it lets them rock. Right now, Xbox found a loophole to get PlayStation games on their system by workign through steam. Then it comes down to the gamers, as shown in the image above. Do all the mods you want, but once a person states that, “It makes the character better and fixes them.” Then there is an underlying problem.
Obvioulsy these individuals have not been around enough women to know there are diversity. PC leaves a lot of room to do some things that maybe developers do not condone. Is it a smart move? Who can say? The console wars should not be a thing in the first place anyway, but this might spark things up again. But let’s hear your thoughts on the matter. How do you feel about PlayStation taking their single players back behind the exclusive wall? Stay tuned for more News as it develops. – Beast Out –

I feel the exclusivity sets back gaming. The point of games is for people to enjoy! Yeah modders do have that unfortunate habit of “fixing games” with unnecessary details but I do feel it’s that usual thing of punishing the masses for the errors of a few unsavory people.
Sony is probably also terrified of competition and Xbox making a multi system would definitely be a cause for them to turn face so quickly but that comes back to ruining what gaming is supposed to be which in my opinion is enjoyability and accessibility. Guess we’ll have to see what happens 😭
This is true, I get the why, but I also feel companies just need exclusive Mascots instead of other characters or titles. Marvel should not be an exclusive title, especially for the upcoming Wolverine game. Thanks for checking out the post and leaving feedback.
