Pokémon Waves and Winds was announced today during the Pokémon Day celebration. It has been 30 years since Pokémon came to the United States back in 1996. Game Freak is back with a new title which is scheduled to release sometime in 2027. The trailer below will give you some teasers and what new starters will be added.
We Have New Starters in Winds and Waves:
Pokémon trainers, gather around! Which starter will be yours? That is the decision every veteran and new trainer asks themselves in front of the Professor. Who will be the new Professors this time around, because there was a theme with Scarlet and Violet? So far, Winds and Waves is looking like a massive improvement with the tech the Switch 2 is pushing. Trainers will have a better experience in this new land, and personally, “It’s Our Time” should be the opening song for this game.
Meet Mr. Windychu and Ms. Waveychu:
Yes, the cast of characters that will have players choose which game is between these two cuties Mr. Windychu and Ms. Waveychu. Knowing most players, they will end up getting both to optimize chances of getting all the Pokémon they need to transfer, especially if you can with these two. Looking forward to seeing the travel options players will have and if there will be a Cruise scenario involved. Also, a good co-op feature would be nice.
